 Customer Technical Support Engineer

  Job Responsibility


  • Responsible for and coordinate customer technical support, on-site installation guidance, on-site inspection and complete related reports;
  • Responsible for and coordinate the customer's after-sales service work, take the initiative to return to check, and complete the report;
  • Assist and support relevant departments of the company, feedback and deal with on-site quality problems;
  • Participate in the trial assembly, commissioning and testing of new products in the factory;
  • Participate in the performance test, type test, comprehensive performance test, quality sampling test of the motor in the factory, and complete the test report;
  • Participate in the performance test of the fan on the air chamber in the factory and complete the test report.

  Post Requirement


  • Strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Strong hands-on ability, flexible mind, strong learning ability;
  • Work conscientiously and have the spirit of hardship;
  • Have a driver's license
  • Master the assembly and installation process of the product
  • Skill in product servicing and troubleshooting
  • Can skillfully master the assembly and installation of products, as well as product maintenance and troubleshooting

Monthly salary ¥6000~8000
